1. Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. You can return a product if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product you received does not match the order you placed.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) may be required to process a return.
2. Refund Policy
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will be issued in cash.
- If your product is incorrect or defective, we will replace it with the correct or a new item at no additional cost.
- Refunds will not be processed if the product is returned due to buyer’s remorse or if the item is simply no longer wanted.
- No refunds will be given for used or opened products unless they are damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number and describe the issue with the item.
- Return Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm the return approval. We may ask you to send pictures of the product and its condition.
- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process. Please pack the product securely and send it back to us. We will cover the return shipping costs only if the product is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product meets our return conditions, we will arrange a replacement or process your refund.
4. Exceptions
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Products that are not defective or damaged.
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- Items purchased outside of the 7-day return window.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
